This fun and engaging challenge is designed to encourage movement and promote wellness while enjoying the fresh air and beauty of the season (or treadmill because pollen and rain is no fun!)
How It Works:
Participants commit to a daily step goal, choosing from four challenge levels:
5,000 Steps/Day – Tiptoeing Through the Tulips
10,000 Steps/Day – Marching Through the Magnolias
15,000 Steps/Day – Striding Through the Sunflowers
20,000 Steps/Day – Powering Through the Petunias
Whether you're taking casual strolls, brisk walks, or high-energy hikes (or runs), every step counts toward better health and stronger lungs!
